## Definition

An AI Skill is a reusable workflow package. Its core file is usually `SKILL.md`, and it may include references, scripts, templates, and assets. A good Skill describes when it should be used, which steps the AI should follow, what output is expected, and how the result should be verified.

## Recommended Beginner Path

1. Start with a small set of high-frequency Skills.
2. Practice one prompt at a time instead of pasting all prompts at once.
